Evan Rachel Wood was born on the 7th of September, 1987 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her father, Ira David Wood III is a theatre writer and actor, while her mother Sara Wood is an actress and acting coach. Her older brothers are Dana Wood, a singer, as well as Ira David Wood IV, who also has acted. Evan and her brothers have frequently appeared at Theatre In The Park in Raleigh.
