Megan Denise Fox was born on the 16th of May, 1986 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and raised in Rockwood, Tennessee to Gloria Darlene Tonachio (nee Cisson), a real estate manager as well as Franklin Thomas Fox, a parole officer. At the age of 5 she began dancing and drama classes. When she turned 10 she relocated to Port St. Lucie (Florida) where she completed her education. Megan began modeling and acting at the age of 13 after receiving several awards at Hilton Head's 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention. At the age of 17, she graduated from school by using correspondence and eventually moved to Los Angeles, California. Megan's first movie role was Brianna Wallace in Holiday in the Sun (2001), a Mary-Kate Olsen/Ashley Olsen film. Her best known roles are as Sam Witwicky's romantic interest, Mikaela Banes in Transformers (2007) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009), and as April O'Neil in the film reboot Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) and its sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016).Ranked as #68 in FHM magazine's "100 Sexiest Women in the World 2006" supplement. Maxim magazine's Hot 100 Women of 2007 List ranked her #18. Her ancestry consists of mainly English with a small amount of Scottish, German and ScotsIrish (Northern Irish) and distant French and Welsh. Megan's six-times great-grandmother, Mary Powhatan, was believed to be from the Powhatan Native American tribe; If so, it will make Megan of 1/256 Native American ancestry.
